Our products are currently available through the Purchase Online page of our web site. Our products will also be available in retail locations. When they are, the names and locations of the retailers will be added to the Purchase Offline page.

Return Policy: A refund, less shipping fees, will be provided for any unopened product returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund, please call or email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and a return shipping address. We can be reached toll-free at 1-800-PROTICA (1-800-776-8422), or send an email to our Returns Department. All returns must be sent to us postage paid.
