What is the best way to reach someone at Protica?

If you call and reach our voicemail system, please leave a detailed message with your phone number and the best time to reach you. We are usually able to return your call the same day, oftentimes within the hour.
We always strive to provide impeccable customer service and the highest quality products. Our formulations are manufactured in accordance with FDA and other regulatory authorities, and always exceed industry standards. All of our products are backed with our complete satisfaction and freshness guarantee. If for any reason, you or your recipients are not completely satisfied with your purchase, follow the Returns instructions below for a prompt refund (wholesalers and distributors must follow return instructions in accordance with their respecitve Agreements).
A refund, less shipping fees, will be provided for any unopened product returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund, please call or email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and a return shipping address. Unauthorized returns without RMA #s cannot be accepted. How to Order
Ordering on-line is fast, simple and secure. All orders are encrypted and transmitted via a secure server. For your convenience, you can place an order at www.protica.com/store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also place an order Monday through Friday between 9a and 5p at 1-800-PROTICA (1-800-776-8422).
To order on-line:
1. Visit www.protica.com/store to view our products. If you would like to see more detail about a particular product, click on the associated image. To purchase an item, enter the quantity you wish to buy, and click the Add to Cart button (some products require you to first select a flavor before clicking the Add to Cart button).
2. You can view your estimated shipping charge at any time by clicking the Estimate Shipping button located on the right-side of your screen.
3. You can view your Shopping Cart at anytime by clickin the View Cart button on the right-side of your screen. When you are ready to complete your order, click the Checkout button on the Shopping Cart page.
4. If you have a Coupon Code, it may be entered on the Shipment Summary screen (this is the screen where you select your shipping method).
5. If you have a Gift Certificate Code, it may be entered on the Payment Summary screen (this is the screen where you enter your credit card or purchase order number).

- Christmas Day: December 12 (regular delivery) & December 19 (express delivery)
- New Year's Day: December 15 ( regular) & December 26 (express delivery)
The Protica Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Purchase Orders, checks and money orders (Purchase Orders are only accepted from authorized merchants, distributors and wholesalers). Checks and money orders can be mailed with a completed order form to: Protica Store, 1002 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear.
Delivery Methods & Shipping Charges
We delivers in all 50 states via FedEx, UPS, USPS, LTL and truckload carriers. We also ship to many inter- and extra-continental countries (the current list of countries is available via the Estimate Shipping button near the top-right of your screen). Shipping charges are calculated during checkout, with the exception of LTL and truckload shipments which are estimated during the transaction and refined after the transaction.
All orders are generally processed by the next business day.
A $10 re-route charge will be assessed for all incorrect & incomplete addresses including P.O. boxes, apartment/suite numbers, FPO/APO & foreign addresses, unless it is a mistake on our part.
State law requires the collection of 6% sales tax on all deliveries within the state of Pennsylvania.
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on the Order Details link found in the Order Confirmation email you receive from the Protica Store. The link may require you to enter your login information. From this page, you will be able to track your shipments, as well as view your entire Order History.
Protica, Inc. will not sell or share any information submitted to us. All information is kept confidential. We will not disclose any information about orders you place at the Protica Store.
