What is the Referral Program?
The Referral Program allows you earn money sending emails about Protica to people you know. Once you sign up for the program, you simply go to the Referral Program page, enter your friend's email address and click submit. Your friend will receive an email with a link to the Protica web site. Clicking the link places a cookie on your friend's machine which allows us to associate you to your friend's purchase. Each time your friend buys product through our web site, you earn a commission. You will continue to receive commission's from all of your friend's purchases at the Protica store for the next five (5) years.

What is the Affiliate Program?
The Affiliate Program is very similiar to the Referral Program. The Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our products on your web site. By placing these links, visitors to your site have the opportunity to purchase our services. If a service is purchased through your web site, we pay you a commission for each sale. The terms and condtions of the Affiliate Program and the Referral Program are the same.

When I join one program, and I enrolled for both?
Yes. When you join either the Referral Program or the Affiliate Program, you are automatically enrolled in both programs. If you do not have a web site, you can only participate in the Referral Program. If you have a web site, you can participate in both programs.

What are the commissions?
The commissions for the Referral and Affiliate Programs are the same.

There is never a cost to participate in the Referral or the Affiliate Program. There are no minimum sales requirements.

Can a web site outside the United States become an affiliate?
Yes, anyone with a website can become an affiliate.

If a visitor clicks on my affiliate link and leaves, will I still get commission if they come back and purchase?
You will earn a commission for purchases made up to five (5) years after a person visits your site and clicks on your affiliate link. In other words, if a person clicks on your affiliate link in your web site and is directed to our store but does not make a purchase at that time, you may still earn a commission if that person returns to our store within five (5) years and makes a qualifying purchase. If a person makes more than one purchase from our store within five (5) years (as long as that visitor did not click on another affiliates link prior to returning), you will earn a commission on each sale.

The same applies to the Referral Program.

When do I start earning commissions?
Immediately. You can start earning commissions as soon as you (a) send your first emails (via the Referral Program), or (b) create links to our site (via the Affiliate Program).

When are my commissions paid?
Payments are made at the end of each month for the previous month. Payments are made only when your balance exceeds $50. If your commissions for the month are less than $50, they will accumulate and be paid in the month you reach $50 or more.

I have my own personal web site, can I apply?
Yes. We allow both companies and individuals to become Protica.com Affiliates.

Does my web site have to be Protica-related?
No. Our program is a good fit for health- and medical-related web sites, but any ethical, non-controversial site can link to Protica.com.

How does Protica.com know how much traffic is coming from my site?
Your links will contain a unique tag that represents your site. When a visitor uses one of your links to browse BestPeopleSearch.com, the tag is stored, and when that visitor makes a purchase, the tag is passed to our order database and credits the sale to your account.

How do I know when someone has bought something from my site?
You will know right away that a sale has been made. When you sign-up for the Referral Program, you can select the option to receive an email every time someone makes a sale from your site.

Can I purchase services through my own link?
Yes, you can.
